3. Reporting illegal content
If you believe that a product, description, screenshot, comment, review, creator profile or other content on bspmarket.de is illegal, you can report this via the in-app report function attached to the relevant content or by e-mail to support@nexthosting.net.
So that we can review a report quickly and appropriately, it should ideally contain the following information:
- a precise identification of the reported content, e.g. product name, creator name, URL, order/product ID or screenshot,
- an explanation of why you consider the content to be illegal,
- for rights infringements: information on which right is affected and why you are entitled to report,
- your name and a means of contact, where required for processing,
- a statement that you are submitting the report in good faith.
Manifestly unfounded, abusive or repeated false reports may be taken into account in accordance with statutory requirements and platform rules.
4. Review procedure and possible measures
After receiving a sufficiently specific report, we review the reported content. Depending on the outcome, we may in particular take no measure, ask follow-up questions, block or remove the content partially or fully, restrict visibility, contact a creator, request evidence, inform buyers, block downloads or involve the competent authorities.
In cases of acute security, legal or abuse risks, measures may also be taken before a full review is completed.
5. Statement of reasons and internal complaint
If, on the basis of a report or our own review, we impose a significant restriction, we inform affected users or creators, to the extent provided by law, about the measure and the relevant reasons, unless legal, security-related or abuse-related grounds prevent this.
Affected users or creators may request a review of the measure by replying to the notification or contacting support@nexthosting.net. Please state the affected product, content or case ID and explain why you consider the measure to be incorrect.
6. Priority of dedicated reporting channels
For data protection requests, payment problems, warranty cases, withdrawals, technical support cases or purely private disputes, other channels may be more suitable. Illegal content and abuse reports should where possible be reported directly via the content report function or clearly labelled “Abuse / DSA”.
